Students in Zimbabwe were punished by being given the choice between a caning and suckling the teacher's breasts. Some choice. And more from those crazy Japanese: A boy was told to write an apology in his own blood for sleeping in class. Fucking hardcore. I hate the Japanese.
Lastly in the Excited States, a LiveJournal guy got flipped off by the POTUS. Possibly the coolest thing W has ever done.
