Woman injured as concrete thrown off overpass
If I could find whoever is responsible for this, I'd beat them in the face with that piece of concrete until not even the facial reconstruction team in France could help them. Have you ever asked anyone that does or has done anything like this so randomly why they did it? I'd love to know.

That's horrible. It also happened here in Montreal only a few years ago, and strangely enough, the victim (who died) was also just engaged to be married....a coincidence I'm sure, but also, an argument for fences on overpasses.
