9-year-old delivers baby
I would love to know the details of this one. A 9-year-okl tribal girl in Brazil has delivered a child who is thought to be the product of rape. Her mother (how old is she, 24? A grandmother at 24?) isn't talking. Apparently being married at age 11 is common there.
And maybe that's not wrong. The life expectancy probably isn't very high. There's no time to lose. Now that we have all kinds of time to waste, we consider sex at age 11 to be wrong, although we weren't always like that. Maybe we have too much time. Too much of everything, in fact. We can take years doing very little with not that much consequence. We have about 75 years to live anyway, so what's the rush?
Just thinking out loud, I guess. I am not interested in molesting 10-year-olds, for the record.
